How much characters can there fit in "My notes"?

I don,t believe that there is a number restriction i have 3 full length bios on it with many other stuff and it still takes more characters

I have 3 full size bios typed up with history included, plus 2 CFS, and numerous customs and canon jutsus that I use frequently so I'm guessing the limit is very high if there is indeed one. xD

Excellent. I suppose it actually might be unlimited but the saving time would be greatly slowed down.
