My new top20(strongest character)

1- Edo Madara- Since Edo Madara is now free from himself, i consider him as alive, and with all what he has shown so far, he is obviously the strongest. So he replace Nagato and takes the number one ranking from my point of view.

2- Nagato(prime)- I think he is a complete shinobi. His only weakness is because he can't walk, but overall from my point of view, he is the strongest

3- Naruto- i think Kakashi is the one who will really say if Naruto has already surpassed Minato since he was the one who begin with the comparison between them. With BM he saw a similarity between them, but before that(in KM) he said nothing. Naruto can only stay in BM during 5minutes and i don't know if it will be enough. But i believe with better control of his BM, he will surpass him. So it's why i put him in this position

4- Minato(hype)- What i've said in Naruto's case

5- Tobi- He is the main antagonist in this manga but so far he didn't impressed me. So far i don't really see the difference between previous Tobi and current Tobi, besides from the fact he can control Tailed beast. But i don't really take that as a factor of power. I always look what the character himself can make. But maybe later he will impress me. Actually he stays here

6- Hiruzen(hype)- Known as the strongest hokage(and even strongest kage at his time), but i only put him here cuz during Kyubis attack, he was actually acting as if he could do nothing, only waiting for Minato to do the job. Minato was Hokage when he lived, and it's not for nothing

7- Hashirama- Contrary to the popular belief i've seen no pages where it's stated he is the strongest shinobi. Comparing someone as a fairy tail doesn't mean he is a strongest. Maybe his power was too beautiful, maybe his power is what other wanted and it's the reason why he was named like that. But even Kabuto said "there are no shinobi on his level anymore". That means actually there were shinobi on his level, but they are dead. At least it's how i heard his sentence. Anyway the fact Hiruzen didn't feared him at all when Orochimaru summoned him in part1, even when he had help(Tobirama and Orochimaru) makes me believe he was stronger. He only feared when Minato was about to get summoned

8- Onoki(prime)- He fought EMS Madara when he was a teenager(probably 10). That shows his power. So i think in his prime he must have been really powerful. Now i think he is weaker than in his prime but he did his job really well during this war. Fighting more than one day against kages on Muu or 2nd Mizukages level, fighting Madara, stop meteorites, save kages like A for example, destroy 25Susanoos. Even Madara praised him, and he is not even in his prime

9- Muu- He was about to defeat Onoki(but i think in his prime, Onoki is stronger than him)

10- 2nd Mizukage- Probably on Muu's level, but i put him just behind cuz Muu impressed me a little bit more

11- Tobirama(hype)- Strongest Senju after Hashirama, creates powerful suiton jutsus without water source, create Edo tensei, S/T user and even a sensor. He was probably a ninjutsu performist. He fought 20ennemies on his own, 20ennemies where there was Kinkaku and Ginkaku, equivalent to 2Kyubis, and survived. That shows his power

12- Danzo- He seems to know perfectly well all Uchiha powers(KA, Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu, Susanoo). He is old now, so he was probably stronger in his prime. He possess KA and Izanagi

13- Bee- I'd forgotten himp). And yes i think he is underrated since the time he was almost defeated by Nagato. Bee is probably one of the strongest. He has much more raw power and is a good shinobi, really intelligent when he fights in the contrary to the popular belief

14- Kabuto- The same thing with Tobi. I don't count Edo tensei, but he has shown his power by mastering it. He mastered also Sennin mode and was fighting Edo Itachi and Sasuke at the same time.

15- Jiraya/Itachi- The way Kishimoto saw these two is the reason why i can't say who is stronger. In part1, Itachi said something like he couldn't defeat him alone. In part2, curiously, Kishimoto made them die pratically at the same time, as if he wanted to tell us something. Even in his databook they have the same note. I know databook only shows overall power, but i think it wasn't for nothing since at that time they were even the strongest when you see the notes

16- Itachi/Jiraya

17- Sasuke- I think he has much more power than Itachi, but Itachi is more intelligent. That's why i see him just below him, but he will surpass him soon

18- Orochimaru- I wanted to put him before Sasuke originally cuz i don't see how Sasuke can kill him, but because of the hype behind EMS, i will finally put him below Sasuke

19- Raikage- He is strong, but i think his main weakness is that he lacks of long range attacks, and is only a taijutsu fighter basically. Sometimes you need more than that

20- Gai/Kakashi- The manga is the one saying they are equal

So you think Pain is stronger than Nagato? How? Nagato can do everything Pain can do but much more faster and in the same body(so ultimate defense). When Deva for example can only defend himself with Shinra tensei, Nagato has shinra tensei, Gakido, Asura path, Animal path and others only by himself. Rinnengan share vision, he can create with Animal path and he is even a sensor to see attacks even before they are launched. Pain can't do that.

I also don't understand why you put Sage Jiraya stronger than Pain when the manga has shown he was defeated by this same Pain?

Anyway why not? People could have different opinions

good questions, well I honestly think against most oponents, the 6 paths are stronger than Nagato himself. Nagato might have more power because he's not transmitting, but the rinnegan-connected vision poses a lot of threat to many shinobi. Sage Jiraiya had trouble fighting 3 bodies with Rinnegan-linked vision. But if it was just Nagato alone(not 6 paths), I think Sage Jiraiya would've got him a lot easier, frog genjutsu and it's over. Can't really ressurect yourself when you yourself are dead.

I put Jiraiya above because I believe he "looked" truely stronger in the fight and I think plot-no-jutsu killed Jiraiya, not Pain. Plus Pain admitted if Jiraiya knew the secret at the beginning of the fight, he would've won.
