LOL it was near the focal or i think it is xD what do you think am i improving and lol i thought when you talked about Gradiants you meant the normal Gradiants the 2nd option from the top

When you do a gradient map merge all visible first and then selecting duplicate layer. Then set your gradients via the foreground and background colors or when you go to image->gradient map. in the pop up you can select the gradient from your other gradients or using the foreground and background colors. Once done set that layer to either softlight or overlay. That way it doesn't mess up you sig.
