You get porn adsite because google does analytics from your previous search.

You should use adblocker on your mobile.

Google reads all the data you browse. It has history in its database of what you watched .

Easiest method is using ad blocking.

I can understand why site owner wants to have ad running on the site because it generates revenue.

They need to pay yearly to the servers and webmaster to run the site for long run. Frankly running forums especiallir anime sites are very difficult.
