Begin by performing the Bird hand seal and concentrate; and create a clone made up of katon chakra. Your clone will then sprout crimson wings and ascend into the sky. Once the clone is high enough send him towards this dummy. When your clone is closing in, perform the Horse hand seal. This will cause your winged clone to ignite in flames, thus becoming a winged stream of fire that should engulf the dummy on impact.

I begin to concentrate my katon chakra to circulate around the inside of my body. I then preform one handseal, allowing me to create a clone consist of katon chakra. The clone has wings also made of fire which it uses to fly high into the sky, above the dummy. Finally upon the formation of another handseal the clone turns into a winged stream of fire which blasts at the opponent, burning the dummy.
