My mom is using heavy drugs (not gonna say what) but ive known for a few years and recently caught her doing it, its become extremely stressful living with her like this because she has crazy mood swings or withdrawals and it affects me and my lil brother. Ive tried talking to her about it but whenevrt she does she acts all crazy snd finds a way to turn it around on me about something completely different. Idk what to do at this point hence why i wrote this and am asking you for advice.

If you have uncle/aunts, grandparents have them help you and your brother find her some help.
Rehab, doctors, even a vacation can help. Drug abuse is serious and can lead to your mom OD'ing so I would advise against keeping silent over something like this.

Do you have family that can help? Sometimes family might not be enough. Humans are selfish, and relatives might not take your situation seriously. Sometimes they might just say, "get over it" or, "just wait until you grow up".

I advise you talk to your mom and just be serious about it. Tell her how it's effecting you and her negatively. Be calm, respectful, and try your hardest not to argue with her. I don't know if your mom is the type to beat your ass but be prepared in case she gets angry!

If talking or relatives don't help then go to a school counselor. They might help. If NOTHING works then you should talk to a CPS worker. They will do their best to help you and your brother get out of that terrible situation.That's my personal advice on the situation but I have no details. I'm assuming she's one of those abusive mothers that hits her kids in fits of anger. Drug abuse is illegal anyways so the law should be on your side.

If there's close family or friends that you think can be effective go to them. If your mom is really having drug issues and doesn't want talk, more talking won't do anything, but go about way that it doesn't escalate it and non confrontational. I would say see if you can set up a family intervention, but make sure through every step of way you discuss and have help of an adult because you have to make sure you and your brother remain safe. You'll be in my prayers and hope for the best.

Call your aunt or uncle or someone related to your parents, dont call the cops or neighbor cos you might regret it it might cos you and your brother to live in adoption, and you might not be able to see your brother again, if she using some heavy drugs and she acts the way you describe her, i guess you have to talk to some adult about it, like i said your aunt or uncle or a trusted friend of your mom. Dont do this shet alone and let her do this to herself, there might be some good reason why she does this, are you sure its a heavy drugs or just weeds? She might have cancer or something and if she does have cancer weeds could really help her. Cancer patients have a suicidal shet in their mind, she might trying to make you hate her so you know that stuff.

I know it might be hard, but if her issue is that serious then you should really consider contacting authorities. I advise not sleeping on this, as someone who has had first-hand experience with a substance-abusing relative, this tends to get much, much worse. Addiction is a hell of a thing and you rarely talk someone out of it. You force them out of it through rehab and psychiatric care, and you are probably not qualified to do that.

If your mother doesn't exhibit violence or hasn't had a history of abusing you or your brother, then (I believe) she wouldn't be stripped of parental rights, as long as she goes through rehab, but I can't say for sure.

If she is heavily on them it might be too late, boy be thankfully it's only a woman. I hope her recovery but dang, you are in for a life long ride of f*ckery. I got a little brother who is a Mandrix and Crystal Methamphetamine addict. He stinks, his shoes' stench fills the entire house, he is hell bent on making our lives hell, he plays a victim little brother card on me to buy him stuff, high school drop out, fights with mom when I am not around, Nearly died multiple times, devours anything edible good on the fridge, has f*cking stinking attitude, never finish rehab terms etc.. I would be lying to say I need him in my life.
