Sitting in a dark room
Banging on the walls
You walk in but see nothing
You hate me
No words are to be spoken
I can see it within your eyes

Knowing I was to be aborted
knowin I am not perfect
knowing that I am different
Knowing I am a misfit
You reject me

You both treat me like nothing
I am blmed for everything
even when I have a twin
accidents happen but not in your eyes
I am the one at fault

Nothing matters
as to me I am a slave
a maid, a rejection
you don't like me
but say you love me
you favor the other

I stand alone
with barely a support
told everything was my fault
my personality, my appearance
I am the opposite of the image
thought up, once you said

I am not a bully
but bullied
I am not strong
but kind
I am not a girl
but a tomboy
I am not risky
but cautious
I am not perfect
but myself

I am who I am
not controlled by you
my life is hidden
from friends
once through the house door
my life I begin to hate
escape is what I think
nothing is done

You say you know me
that's not true
walk a mile in my shoes
or at least a day
you will never know


The life that no child should go through
the life that is mine

that was some what dark, filled with angst and despair, but also very vulnerable, fragile, and delicate. You should continue venting this way, you never know, you might encourage and ignite ingenuity in like minded individuals and by doing so find solace in knowing that your experience helped others . Thank you for sharing this.

a lot of this is from my family and what I receive from them not verbally but emotionally as well. I feel as if they don't really want me around
