I, Lei, the host of the Rokubi no Raijuu and the Thunder Emperor, retire as a shinobi temporarily. And I thank everybody who has been good to me and helped me in the times of battles and troubles.

I hereby give authority to the individuals who are posted below to use my customs in battles and wars.

The Jinchuurikis:

They can use all my Bijuu Mode customs except for the Rokubi abilities.

And I have to say, I don't like them either. All they are doing is giving more power to the mods and senseis. Anyone who isn't a mod or a sensei can and most likely will suffer. (losing the ability to use certain jutsus, bios, customs)

I want the old rules back.
