Tan is something you get when getting wet and exposing your body to sun.

Good job, you seem to have colours down. (Except his skin is a tad dark in my opinion)

Next step if you would like to improve would be shading/highlighting^^.

Great... Though I don't think it's completed just yet.
Now it's making it more improved by adding more artistic elements through the color, by adding shading and shines, and highlights will help improve aswell. Watch tutorials on manga coloring and follow I'm sure you'll get a great outcome. Keep it up and coming^^.

Kakashi likes to sunbathe too. But with the mask of course. Take that away and you see a nice diagonal tanline

not bad...you need to improve on your shading though, try considering where the light is coming from when painting next time^_^
