My interrogations about chapter 637

In this chapter there is many questions that we can ask ourselves about !:
1- What is Rinne tensei ? is it the jutsu that Madara tried to use to control Obito ? or is it something more complicated than that ? if it's prourpouse is to control someone else was it prossible only because half of the body of Obito was a part of Zetsu which made Madara able to use it against Obito because he created Zetsu ?
2- Obito was talking about a traitor who is it ? maybe Sasuke because he was an ally of Obito and then joined the war against him and Madara ? or maybe because he has orther plans than just helping the alliance and " being a good guy " ? or maybe it's someone else then Sasuke ?
3- How did Obito become Juubi's Jinjuurikki ? he seemed to have use his Kamui to swallow or teleport the Juubi , or was it his Rinnegan that we still don't know much about ?

1. Rinne tesnsei is the jutsu Nagato used to revive konoha.
2. I think he was talking to Minato, but why he considers him a traitor, I don't know, maybe he'll go on a rant later about it.
3.Naruto seems to indicate that Obito planted something in the juubi.
