Tobirama:He symboises law, order and command of Konoha
Hiruzen:He symbolises stability, just, order and peace of Konoha
Minato:He symbolises speed and swifteness of Konoha
Tsunade:She symbolises beauty and healing of Konoha

Healing of Konoha =D Smh is wrong with this symbol. It's better for Hashirama as well ? Tsunade symbolizes the strength and wrath of Konoha, in my opinion.
Same about freedom.
