[Discussion] My interest in watching Battle of Gods 2 is officially gone.

Wait, Is Vegeta going to be the main character in it??? I don't remember seeing news about that. If they pull something stupid to where Goku kills him again that's just a slap to the face to Vegeta character.

After the BOG's movie, Toriyama had a interview that he would like to make Vegeta the main in the next movie they make, so I just put two and two together.

I really don't see frieza getting a very drastic boost in power even if he becomes a god. Beerus and super saiyan god goku alone should solo him, let alone everyone who is in that pic. The most likely case is that vegeta becomes a god and finally defeats frieza alone. But the trailer seems to have goku powering up, which means that he will do some kind of fighting as well. This movie has peaked my interest.

Having Vegeta be the main protagonist and beat a new powered up version of Frieza is enough for me to watch it.

Would be pretty sweet seeing Goku and Vegeta both go God mode to beat Frieza. Although I agree with you on the fact Frieza being the main villain is kinda lame...
We already have had enough of this guy but they keep bringing it back. The only way I see why they decided to bring him back was because Frieza was mentioned in the first movie of Battle of Gods and is linked to this.

I kinda agree, I mean as kid I loved DBZ, but growing up I started noticing how weak it really is especially compared to DB. DB was very good I mean it had an actual plot! :Omg:
