So when I think of any Greek God, I use god of wars version, they're more pronounced in abilities and powers.
Imagine if Hades was a ninja in the naruto world! This is how I'd imagine him, he'd have his normal appearance and than when he's loosing he'd enter into his true form(what you see in God of War) which than he can use his abilities.
Abilities:
Soul Rip: using his hooks he can rip the souls from people. Can make hooks intangible to grab souls or keep them tangible to stab opponents. Can control his hooks and chains without moving his arms.
Summoning jutsu: able to summon souls of the dead which lasts 15 seconds, they can't be harmed and when they attack you they go through you, stealing chakra and giving it back to hades.
Invisibility/ghotsly transformation jutsu: with the use of his helmet he can turn invisible. While invisible he can't be sensed, neither can he touch or be touched. Meaning he must reveal himself to attack.
Darkness manipulation jutsu: able to make dark energy to explode from his feet and hands, as well as hooks and can also breathe it. Works the same as his soul summonings. Steals chakra from the enemy and gives it back to him.
Healing: can heal himself using chakra he's stolen
Soul absorption: his abilities grow with each soul he takes
Size manipulation: can change his size
Super speed
Super strength
Ideas?
I took all his abilities from god of war and basically turned them into naruto jutsu.
