So I've been thinking about where this game could potentially end, and I've come to 3 conclusions. One of which would be CC2 trolling us beyond belief, the other 2 would be very acceptable for a point in the war to end. Before that though, I did a little looking into the chapter coverage of Storm 2 and what we know of Storm 3 thus far. Storm 2 covered roughly 200 chapters of the manga, and in my opinion was a work of art. Storm 3 promised at the VERY LEAST the same amount of [campaign] hours that Storm 2 had, so what does that say about the chapter coverage? Well, we know where the game starts [Kyuubi attack], and where it will pick up after Storm 2 [Kage summit], we also now know for a fact Madara is in the game [playable], but the Kage summit to Madara's reveal is only 100 chapters [give or take] so that doesnt seem very promising in the gameplay perspective, which leads me to 4 possible endings:
1 [troll ending]. The game will end at Madara's reveal.
-It is a consideration, but not very likely as the character is in fact playable, so there is bound to be some sort of epic boss battle regarding him.
2. Naruto vs Tobi
-This is likely as BM Naruto was confirmed, as well as all Jinchuuriki (why make them into playable characters and have their awakenings the Bijuu if your not going to implement them story wise?). The only thing that may prove this wrong is if CC2 sticks to the anime, to the episode (but they finished the pain arc in Storm 2 when it wasnt finished in the anime). This ending is also likely since its the fight that proceeds directly after Madara's reveal, so its not that much of an episode stretch.
3. Sasuke and Itachi vs Kabuto
-This is the ending that would make the most sense, as its the easiest way to tie off things without making the end be too much of a cliffhanger, as it would end the game at Edo Tensei's release. This is also a likely ending as it too is not that much of a stretch from Madara's reveal, but enough so to be discouraging.
Now, I personally hope for Sasuke and Itach vs Kabuto for 2 reasons, one mentioned above, how it would be a logical ending. The other, however, has to do with the possibility of a secret ending like in Storm 2 (Sasuke vs Bee). If the game ends with the Uchiha bros vs Kabuto, then I could see a possible secret ending being Naruto breaking Tobi's mask, but not revealing who the man is. This is very much a stretch, but also logical as it would be the perfect leway into Storm 4. Imagine, Storm 3 ending with the question of who Tobi really is, and then Storm 4 would begin with a flashback moment/battle (like Storm 3's beginning) of Obito's background (not gonna spoil it). Or even the Kakashi Gaiden for that matter.
Well, that's just my thoughts on the matter. Now, on a separate note, if ANYONE knows the link for the leaked iso of Storm 3 and can give me either step by step instructions on how to download and play it, or a link to a website that can, I can offer rep and my eternal gratitude
