It's okay, I was off for a while.

* Chakra is basically the source for everything in the Narutoverse. It also is the source of the creation of jutsu; ninjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu etc.

* Making Suiton chakra isn't simply concentrating hard enough to use that element. You must be gifted by genes to perform that type of category of chakra affinity in which many ninja don't possess (It's actually a rarity like fuuton).

* The water element is just water lol. It's what's in our body, it's what's in animals, and plants etc. Water is in the air in our atmosphere everything is made of water basically.

* Water is weak against Earth; Strong against Fire; A Conductor for Lightning; Neutral to Wind.
