The episode was good, not as good as I expected tho.
I'm glad Stain mentioned Todoroki's weakness, I've always felt Bakugo will beat Todoroki (the quirks are a bad matchup, freezing an explosion guy doesn't work and he'll also be heat resistant to a certain degree), but the bigger issue is Todoroki's lack of mobility. Though since Stain's mobility wasn't cos of his quirk, Todoroki can attain something similar.

Also, Ilda needs a weapon (preferably a blade)

You think Stain is cringy...?

...you're right. He should be more like Obito or Kawaki, or other great anime villains of the sort.

Lack of mobility by itself is not Todoroki's weakness. You can see that much in the match against Midoriya when he dodged a Delaware smash by using an iceberg he created as a pathway to jump over the shockwave. Midoriya even specifically acknowledges his mobility in the Viz translation. The manga does reveal later that since he didn't have practice using both sides of his quirk, wielding them simultaneously slows his movement down.

Also, beg to differ, but Todoroki's quirk has the biggest advantage over Bakugou than anyone else in the series. Bakugou's explosion comes from his sweating, and you sweat less in the cold. Todoroki can use his right side with no shown limitations if he uses his left to counter his frostbite, so he'd easily outlast Bakugou in an all out match.

Hero killer is a good anti-hero so far. We need to know more of his backstory before jumping to conclusions. He only acknowledge all might as the only hero. He's right and wrong at the same time. There are heros that are just in the hero association for the money and to be praised by random pedestrians while there are true heros that are in the organization to help others out and not just care for the money.
