what are the odds of Hawks truly betraying the Hero Association in the end and taking Spinner's position? i mean, he needlessly smiled when he whipped out his sword on Jeanist. Everything about Spinner makes it clear that he's not actually meant to stick around with the league. After Hawks is accepted, I imagine that Spinner, having belief that Hawks isn't truly aligned with Shiga, would eventually attempt to conspire against the league with Hawks only to be ratted out by him. the focus on his bag bothers me too because of the thought of it being used to tote Best Jeanist's body out of the house.

I don't think so. Alongside Twice's job being to hold off the fodder, I seriously don't think the real Twice would approach Boss Rat Dude(you know who I mean) alone and actually survive. Then there's the part where Shiga is intentionally keeping Twice from Rat Dude. The Twice approaching Boss Rat Dude is 100% a clone meant for making a distraction.
