Almost forgot that most of the previous 'incarnations' should have had other quirks, but I'm skeptical though about Deku being able to use those likewise. For starters he barely can hold onto the standard super strength, let alone if he has to begin learning over 5 other quirks. On top of that All Might doesn't recognize this phenomenon and didn't use any other powers, so why would it be the case for Deku? This seems completely disproportionate.
It seems like the Quirk changed/evolved again. Because All Might never got to interact with the Vestiges like Deku has, All Might seen them but they never spoke to him.
And the guy at the end made it seem like something was different, he said "Yeah the Time is Ripe, Yeah it's Manifested" So it seems like power reached a new level.
But I'm waiting for the official release so I can read how they translate that scene. Because in the last chapter in the official release you can actually see eyes inside the Black power and they match the "Funky" OFA user.
And if Deku did get to use the other power's they all don't have to be big flashy Quirks. And not all of the Vestiges have to have Quirks as well, how they all can be of use is their experiences, Deku could learn a lot from them.
"One For All" = " One Quirk For All Situations " that's just what I think, but we'll see.
