This Frozen Hell
I find myself in a snow-covered world of white,
the lands are bright, but the sky is devoid of any and all light,
this world is cold, there are ice-covered crevasses of great height,
after ages of wandering and walking, I know something isn't right.
I come across strange objects, buried in the snow, they're now light-blue, and were once red,
they resemble shards of glass, and I realize that something that was once alive, is now dead,
while I walk through this frozen wasteland, I think about the journey ahead,
and reminded of the lonely life, through which I am alone to tread.
I find a tunnel, it is cold and dark, but anything could be better than this hell,
when I enter the tunnel, it feels as though I'm swimming through a well,
I exit the tunnel, and look down at a huge shape, which holds the place from which I came,
and I realize, that that same cold wasteland, is my frozen heart.
