My gripe with Obito

Now, I will admit that Obito/Tobi is a rather well done character. All together, you are able to look past a few flaws for when you remember moments such as these in the manga.

All awesome and epic moments from this character. All enough for me to over look Rin flashbacks, him being somewhat naive at first, and his attitude change after the mask came off. But there's ONE thing I am not able to overlook. And that is the outcome of the character. yes yes, It was obvious he'd be redeemed in some way. But it still bugs me. Specifically how easily he gave up in my opinion.

Though, what REALLY irks me is this:

Kisame, what. Two days ago sacrificed his life for Infinite Tsukuyomi. He was that determined to see it. He had THAT much faith in Obito and his plans. But, what happened? Obito crapped out on a greater part of his lifes work for an incredibly insigificant reason in my opinion. And he spat on the grave of Kisame, not literally of course. But he dishonored his sacrifice. For the first time, ever. I hope Madara succeeds. Kisame's death should not be in vain.

I'm probably just saying that because I'm his biggest fan :3

His characters personality was terrible, just awful. He's always been cool in combat though.

Even when he was Tobi I wanted him to stfu, he was cooler as madara.

I think he's well rounded. Just Kishi messed up by not giving more flashbacks that we haven't seen. The repeated flashbacks where he gave Kakashi his eye got old, especially when he made parallels to Naruto. More new scenes would have made it more bearable. I loved him as a villain until he got TNJ.

Should have died being evil to show what happens when revenge and obsession consumes you. Obito is a case of someone who sought power and forgot his true reason for seeking it. He held onto bits of Rin, but her giving her life for the village shows he doesn't understand her as well as he likes to think.
