What if the Hagaromo that Sasuke and Naruto saw was actually a illusion given by Kaguya?
After all, what a BS excuse for putting the Moons Eye Plan right on the tablet. The real Hagaromo would never do such a thing.
Come to think about it, BZ(Kaguya's will) did come into contact with Naruto's unresponsive body. Madara(Kaguya's pawn) stabbed Sasuke. Kaguya could have projected herself into Naruto and Sasuke through these means.
Why would she give them power? Perhaps she has plans in store for them.
Another thing that is so suspect, why is Sasuke so arrogant and uncaring about others even after talking to Hagaromo? Sounds suspect.
And does the real Hagaromo look like a demon?
It doesn't really add up completely.
Finally, why would the real Hagaromo need to wait until Sasuke and Naruto are almost dead to contact them? If he was purely unconnected floating chakra with conciousness, he should be able to contact them at anytime before those dying states. This also doesn't add up.

This means a physical connection is needed. Well, as explained earlier, the connection is BZ and Madara's stab. But then Hagaromo couldn't have been involved, so it was Kaguya.
The whole Hagaromo meeting reminded me of this meeting. Someone pretending to be someone they're not.
