Just wanted to share this conversation I had with a friend of mine, she's quite big into the "pairings" of the series so she didn't like the fact that I told her that the final chapter involved Sakura and Sasuke, here are some harsh words to quote.
"Why Sakura of all (expletive) people?! Sasuke pretty much doomed his clan by adding in that useless (expletive again, starts with a b) into the lineage!"
"But they have a child, and she looks pretty intelligent actually." (-Me)
"That kid looks like (swear word again) Karin, if anything Itachi is probably up there in Ninja Heaven facepalming hard that his clan was disgraced!"
This conversation went up for about 20 minutes or so, she was adamant and real furious that she did not get her ideal ending.
