I'm not that pro in making sigs but I already have some knowledge about it.
This is probably my 4th creation What can you say guys?

The eyes in the background detract from the focal and that text placement is bad ... I also don't understand why you put master tobi as your text.

I will also suggest you move away from this style and read a lot of tutorials, that's what I did ... The main one being zenrons guide to photoshop.
