With all these Kaguya threads going around, I just gotta say, ever notice How Rotation and Deva Path are similar. Byakugan is physical force, Rinnegan is more spiritual that's why no motion is needed to use it.

You're kind of right, rennigan splits gravity and forces everything near the user away, while byakugan uses force and chakra to repel incoming attacks. Its actually some what similar, your'e right. The only problem is, rotation has a weakness, which is the headback/neckback of the byakugan user.

And to the idiots that wont try to understand what he's trying to say, he's talking about Deva path and byakugan's rotation technique.

The blind spot is just for the byakugan. Rotation was actually created to make up for that blind spot, so that nothing can penetrate their defense no matter what angle. Awesome sig, btw.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure this is just a coincidence. Rotation is simply chakra release, while Shinra Tensei creates an actual physical push. Pain was just smart enough to form that push as a sphere, to form a complete protection. Madara and Obito did that with the black balls. None of these are related, they're just results from the same thought process ("I must protect myself from all angles!")

This is exactly what I meant.

Good point, then you're saying pain manipulated gravity to create a sphere protection around him? i guess that would make sense.

Shinra Tensei works by using the user as a magnet point, to pull gravitation away or to the user. When Pain or anyone really performs Shinra Tensei, all they do is to push gravitation away from them. Creating a sphere. Rotation works by the user spinning around and releasing chakra a shield to guard against attacks. They may look the same, but they aren't the same.
