My first ever anime drawing!

first drawing.. and sasuke.. ugh.. well overall good work BUT you could have paid more attention to hes eyes

I'm a big fan of Kakashi, and I'm drawing Anbu Kakashi right now. It's just that I'd like my drawing of Kakashi to be better than this. His eyes were kind of a meh to me. I usually only focus on really specific details when they're up close, or seen clearly. But thanks for the input!

I will take that as a compliment. It's my first drawing of an anime character, but definitely not my first ever drawing.

I've heard everyone was fine with the shading. Weird, I thought it was really bad. I'll be sure to work on proportioning better. I'm not the best at it :/

I always thought animes had weird proportions anyway XD.
Can I ask what exactly is wrong with the proportions? Specifically about the face? I thought the head looks quite normal, bar the fact that's it's straight when it should be leaning. It just seems like, compared to the rest of the body, it's pretty normal sized.

The heads size is fine, but it's the little things too. The eyes are a little off, and the proportions made for the rope belt make it look kinda flat. You got the placing correct, it's the angles. It's kinda like "3d proportioning", except you have to make it into in 2d. You get what I'm saying?
