The eyes, doll, and a form of legs is a little weird.

nice for your first drawing! I'd say your watch your line quality, sketch out the anatomy and general lines first cuz if you go in without structure you end up with those type of dark hay stack type line you have going on. And that happens when you're afraid of making incorrect lines, so be confident and embrace mistakes because you'll only learn from them. :>
