Personality: Kate is headstrong and stubborn, even to a fault, not willing to back down when she knows something is wrong, she isn’t one to trust anyone due to childhood events, she is very disciplined and thus developed a near-impervious, stoic external demeanor. Kate is not really known for her sense of humor and is actually very serious most of the time but she does attempt to make a few jokes and be sarcastic every now and then, Kate is level minded always and can almost manage to keep her cool and think ahead in almost any situation. She can be very violent depending on the situation, despite being very disciplined though she cant help but break a few rules if they don’t feel right to her

Kate’s was born in Kumogakure to a small family consisting of only her mother and father, whom she loved very much. On Kate’s sixth birthday her mother conceived her younger sister who was named Kimera (Kim for short).Kate loved her family but when Kimera came along she instantly devoted all her time to looking after her. Kate grew up being bullied by the other children in the village but this didn’t bother her at all. At the age of 16 the Beckinsale home was ambushed by a masked ninja while her father had been out, the masked man seemed to have been looking for something but could not find it, frustrated the masked ninja threw a kunai at Kim , Kate managed to get Kim out of the way and the kunai passed by them but when she turned around to see where it had went she saw her mother standing with a kunai in her chest. Her mother had been killed, when she turned to see the man that had thrown the kunai he was gone. When her dad returned, he didn’t seem surprised at all but told kate and kim that they had to pack up and leave, Kate was infuriated and yelled “You don’t even care that mom is dead!!!?All you say is we have to go!!?” her dad told her to calm down but obviously she didn’t, she wanted revenge and her dad knew this so he decided to train her to fight.
She, her dad and her sister left kumogakure and lived as nomads settling in different places every now and then and in order to get money she had to work as a servant in many villages and this taught her to be very disciplined as sometimes her employers would insult or treat her badly, her dad trained her very hard and she would never back down even when it was too hard. At the age of 31 most of her ninja training had already been done because she would go out and train on her own. One day when she was out training on her own she heard her sister scream from their camp, she arrived there just to find the masked man that had killed her mother over the now dead bodies of her little sister and her dad. She ran to him and they fought for a long time but in the end the man was too strong and she was beaten. When she awoke the man was gone but the man’s headband which had fallen off during the fight. “I remember this from working there once. He’s from the Sunagakure village” she thought to herself. From then on she vowed to get stronger, and find and kill the man who had done this
