Looks:Toro has blue eyes with blonde hair and mostly keeps both of his limbs hidden.He has tan like skin, but can become pale if exposed to, to much sun with in one month.He is always wearing his grey like cloak even if it's hot outside.He wears goggles most of the time an only show's himself sometimes.

Personality:His personality is mostly depressed like with no happy sound into his voice.He is a loner like person and sometimes keeps quiet when thinking.He hates to speak of himself but will in a cocky situation.

Background Info.
History:Toro is an 11 year old Genin of Konohagakure.He was born and raised with 3 brothers who'm spoke highly of him.When Toro was born his parent's kept him getting use to an using his bugs to absorb the chakra of his brother's for training.He was always staying onto his learning and training day and night.His parent's were mostly concerned on his Reflexes cause he was born with messed up motor skills.
