Looks: There is a calm aura about him. Is always seen wearing a green t-shirt with a white collared shirt over it, and brown shorts held up by a dark brown belt. He has green spikey hair and small pupils.
Personality: Ueki is a firm believer of the lucky number 7. He also believes in balance and will put in the hard work to gain strength as luck can only account for half the battle. Being happy-go-lucky he will try to fit in somewhere until it becomes to boring for him to stay around. He helps elderly women cross the road and will clean the public park while staring at the clouds. He is difficult to anger but shows massive destructive behaviour when triggered. He is calm and one with nature. Ueki is always looking for inner peace. He is the archetype of laziness and will do anything to get out of a fight or physical work as he finds it to be an interference or a waste of time. So much so that he will avoid people as talking is sometimes a burden to him as well.

Background Info.
History: As a child Ueki was very alone. The little friends he had he fought for to keep as every person was something special to him.
Ueki is seen staring up into the sky, walking as if by sense rather than sight. His way of passing the time of day. It is hard to know what he could be thinking about. And as he wonders down the roads of old a familiar presence starts following him. He does not budge or even look, only keeps walking on. The shadowy figure comes closer until and Ueki is seen hastening his steps. "Ueki", a lovely sweet voice shouts at him, "wait up."
Ueki freezes, knowing he can't resist the sound of her voice. He leans against a lamp post and dusk is catching up with our companion. The light goes and you see Ueki and the women leaning on opposite ends of the lamp post.
She says, "So what is it you want to do now Ueki?"
"There is much i want to do," he replies.
"Just tell me a brief version than, you know i worry about you", she softly said.
And so i began telling her all that i wish to have achieved and that which i didn't achieve that i will make up for. I told her tall tales and short ones too. She listened unmoving until i told her my ultimate goal.
Ueki: These eyes of mine have brought me nothing but misfortune. Even now i dare not look at your beauty for fear of what might happen to you. The horrors I have seen become reflected onto all that i look at. So i wish to find a way to rely on my instincts more than my sight. I have a plan you see. I have heard tales of a beast that does not have eyes. A powerful beast with 6 wings and a tail. I wish to take this evil into my being and learn how to control it. To use its powers of sense and have my eyes rest, cleansed of what it has seen so i may once again look at that which i love without the demons of old as my sight. This beast, only known to me as Kaku is what i strive to find, or hope that it finds me. However this is in the end just a tale with no proof that this beast actually exists.
The women. Now shaken from what she has heard grabs his arm and walks around the post until she stands right in front of Ueki. Ueki's eyes are closed as he knew she would do this.
Ueki says,"I do not need eyes to see your beauty or beauty in this world. It is more clear to me when i don't look."
"Before you leave on your quest let me see your eyes one last time," she insisted.
Ueki opens his eyes and looks right into hers. She can see all the demons staring back at her and its hard to look at him for an extended period of time. She notices a tiny flicker inside him though. She can see it and with that she closes her eyes and starts walking off.
"Sensei", Ueki stops her in her tracks, "will i see you again?"
She pauses for a few seconds after hearing what he said than continues to walk into the shadows. Leaving Ueki standing there by himself.
