Um pretty useful and has potential to be OP if used right. Can stick to almost any surface so pretty versatile. You could explode it on the ground under the opponents legs to make it look like they shat themselves and also burn off their genitals.

I would most likely create the mud behind them and then explode it. It would be good this way as the formation of the nud makes no noise so they would realize too late ._.
