It wasn't just Naruto,and he didn't progress so far in such a short time.

At the begining of part 2,as soon aa Sasuke saw Naruto going Kyuubi he went inside his subconscoius to shut the Kyuubi down,so saying Naruto would go 3 Tails fails.

Sasuke stopped the Kyuubi without physically moving an inch as soon as he saw Naruto going Kyuubi.I doubt Sasuke would stand there and watch Naruto load up all the way to 3 Tails.

1. As I said Sasuke can do all these things because Naruto was low on chakra and weak after Kyuubi's rampare.
2. I doubt that Sasuke was fast enough to shut down Kyuubi if Naruto goes three tails

It was never said Sasuke was going blind.Tobi said Sasuke overused his eyes.

He temporarily lost eye sight,and after some rest he was back in full condition.From the Summit,he used his eyes alot,it was never said that he wqs going blind,that was assume.He would probably be fine after some rest.

You know what overusing means blindness for Uchihas?.. Tobi was literally saying that Sasuke loses his sight after seeing how he overused his eyes on kage summit.
