I don't really hate any female character but If I had to I'll pick Kaguya(no offense to fans, don't hate her but I don't like her being final villain. But this chapter sheds some more light on her character and seeing her crying was unespected).
My faviortie are:

Konan(she reminds me of Aqua from Kingdom Hearts. Both have blue hair, and are in a trio with 2 other males and they both care greatly about their friends)

Shizune, Konan, Temari, Ayame, Kushina, and Sakura are my favorites. Karin, Karui, and Ino are by far my least favorite. The other ones I just like.
