I tried to find a fav moment but all moments with itachi an sasuke, from itachi holding sasuke as a baby, beating the crap out of sasuke when he returned to the leaf, to him sitting on his throne like a boss and even poking sasuke for the last time while smiling were for me all favourites.

Some of his greatest moments:

1) Itachi cuts Oro's hand after Oro fails to take Itachi's Body. "Orochimaru, your jutsus have no place before these eyes..."

2) When, in Tsukyoumi, Itachi shows Sauceg@y's eyes being taken by Itachi. WHAT A BOSS.

3) Probably the greatest moment, when Sauceg@y's genjutsu character "kills" Itachi's genjutsu character, and Itachi's character points to Itachi sitting on a throne, LIKE A BOSS!!!

For me, Itachi, Minato and Jiraiya are the most BADASS characters...

I love everything about Itachi, Sasuke, and their bond. Picking a favorite moment is very hard D;

But, in the manga, I'll say I liked Itachi's death scene and I really liked in a recent chapter, while Sasuke was still pursuing Itachi, when Sasuke wanted his brother to stop and used his Susanoo to try and physcially stop his brother himself. Loved it =DD

In the anime, there was a small thing in Part One that I liked. Back when Kakashi is waiting for Sasuke in front of the shop Itachi and Kisame are dining in. I wouldn't really call it a moment between the brothers, but I like when Itachi's finger twitches at the sound of Sasuke's name. I think this was only in the anime, though.
