Eh, didn't do anything for me. It was extremely well made and I can see why someone would like it, but I'm not really an Itachi fan and this certain type of AMV -A lot of quotes- isn't really my thing. Still, felt some feels with the last line.
I must say that it's really well done but I can't really consider it an amv. it does have music and effects but it's more as trailer of his life. My favourite one is this:

It's not as flashy as yours but damn the song fits it perfectly and the beginning is pure awesomeness! Even if I'm not a great fan of his, when I watch it I act as a fanboy XD
