Anyways , Sasuke focuses his suiton chakra into his chest like before, causing it to bulge outwards. He compressed the suiton this time to make the blast do more damage and have more impact on the terrain. Her whips forward and releases a ball of highly compressed suiton chakra.

I focus my chakra into the area and within the ground, i then cause it to rise after completing the Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger Handseals in rapid succession.

With this water i can use to to catch an opponent off guard and launch them into the air. I could use it to trap them in a water prison. Or with ice release i could freeze it.
