and how come that Obito (If he really is Tobi) knew such things about Rikudou sennin, his sons and the juubi like he knew them?

It wasnt Tobi who gave Nagato the rinnegan and made Yahiko create Akatsuki. It was Madara as Konan though Tobi is Madara so he acted like Madara. Besides Obito wasnt born when Nagato became Rinnegan and Yahiko created the Akatsuki.
