I'm sorry, it's not very good. You seem to be drawing from reference, measure your proportions out before you draw. It makes a huge difference. It's like mapping out your drawing!also, add some more color to make things pop, and don't outline your drawing in black. That is a rookie mistake. But you have the potential to be good, and forgive me for the cliche but practice makes perfect.
