Could you plz digitalize one of the above pictures (the best you think) to the best quality possible. Its for one of my friend's birthday present Complete it before the 7th I don't mind to wait for it but 3 days extra max

If u can add the black background below and make the drawing (kakashi and rose etc) have a white glowing outline that would be a plus. The size would be nice if it is A4 n best quality possible- Im going to print it on an A4 Photopaper

I am willing to pay 1000 to 2500 Kumi depending on the quality of work and +rep for whoever that tries.
