I used to hateee Sakura. Absolutely despise her because of how she's written but after re-reading Naruto i realised that most of the things people have bashed her for were harsh. The way she's written in my opinion is that if you read one naruto chapter a week when it comes out you'll hate her but if you marathon read some of the stuff she does is understandable. I'll give just one example.
Chapter 676 when she was disheartened when Sasuke didnt care people went crazy as did I but after re-reading i can infer the logic. When he returned she showed she didnt trust him with her fake snile to sai and then when he refused to answer kakashis questions about his goal its safe to assume that her suspicions of him went up. The way i see it is she desperately wants him to be good again andbfor everythig to return to how it was. So to me the reason she got sad when he didnt show any care was because she was looking for signs that he was a good guy again and was back to how he used to be and in being 'cold' in that way it just made her doubt him more which she doesn't want to do. Obviously this is all theory there are no concrete facts that this is what she thinks but if it is then is it good for kishi to write her in a way which leaves so many of her actions up to the readers interpratation.
