I would move Garp up one tier.

I said i fixed up his list meaning that i used his list and made some change. He didn't have Neko and Inu in his list, so i didn't place them. Same goes for Ben Beckman, Yasopp, or Mr1. The only one i personally added from his list is Roger and that's because i think Whitebeard and Roger go in pair.

I have the unpopular opinion that Garp isn't at their level though, that's why he is placed in the tier below. I did forget Crocodile though(not sure why..maybe it's when i wanted to remove and replace him to another tier that i forgot), thanks reminding me that. To me Crocodile should be in tier 3.2 with Moria, Caesar and the rest

This is wrong.How are Kid and Law below Luffy? Kid,Luffy and Law should be in same group that's why Oda showed them 3 fighting hand to hand on Sabaody.

And Enel should be a bit higher I think.

1- Pretimeskip isn't posttimeskip. In Dressrosa, Law was portrayed around g2/3 Luffy level with g4 being a level above him
2- Feats > Standing side by side that has never meant anything. Apoo, Hawkins, Kid were also standing side by side infront of Kaido. Urouge, Hawkins, Drake, Apoo were placed together against Kizaru, so don't talk me about these irrelevant fanmade illusions and disregard facts. Facts are facts. Law is a mid diff fight for Doflamingo when Luffy can push him to high-extreme difficulty. Hell considering the hard time Luffy got and the stagery step he is currently with g4, he is most probably stronger than in dressrosa and exactly Doflamingo strong in Zou as we speak. Law isn't Luffy level. He is more Zoro level. Kid may or may not be Luffy level, but he doesn't have the feat as we speak to put him higher and i'm not going to give him the benefit of doubt of having a g4 equivalent until i actually see it on panel(in case it actually happens something we're not even sure to happen)

As for Enel, he has the fire power and observation, which is dangerous for his level but he lacks the physical stats to be higher imo

There are way too many people on these lists, impossible to find a good order on which everybody agrees. So many variables as devil fruits, personality, age and other stuff is ignored.

People can't even agree on the following:

Is Fujitora as strong as the old admiral trio ?
Is Zoro on Luffy's level ?
Is Mihawk equal to Shanks ?

I bet that if everyone here would answer those three questions that you would have 6 different answers. And here people are comparing 30 characters pre- and post timeskip.

Why is Cavendish an entire tier above Bartolomeo and Gladius?

I love how people keep putting a prime WB in the tier with Roger but not prime Garp, who would always come close to defeating Roger. Prime WB has no feats or hype to surpass prime Garp so the stupidity amuses me. The bias is strong on these forums, as usual.

What? Law showed that he can one shoot pretty much everyone with GK.How's that below Luffy? Law vs Luffy could go either way.As for Kid...you have no informations on how strong he is after TS so it's a BS putting him below Luffy since he always had better bounty and everything...inb4 someone says bounty =/= power....I know U_U

As for Enel...you are telling me he is weaker than Boa? I can't see that happening like at all..Boa loses against everyone in that tier she is.But then again seeing Enel in a group with Burgess who got fodderzoned 2-3 times by one punch is just laughable.Burgess needs to go in tier below or Enel tier up.Enel up Boa down.Enel would fodderzone anyone in his tier.

And one thing more...No way in hell Luffy would of pushed Doffy on extreme if there wasn't for Law.He can thank Law for injuring Doffy so Luffy can finish him off.Luffy is not as strong as Doffy...at least not untill he gets full control of G4.

There are 2 Cavendish in my list

- Normal or manga Cavendish(with limited Hakuba)
- Cavendish as Hakuba(no time limit)
It's normal or manga Cavendish(with limited Hakuba) that i consider a tier above Bartolomeo. I agree that Cavendish on his own is Bartolomeo and Gladius tier, but he has this extra-advantage of his limited Hakuba that places him a tier higher imo

The Cavendish as Hakuba(no time limit) represents the Cavendish i envision if he wasn't limited by time. Though i should have made myself clearer i guess

• Akainu ain't a level above other admirals by any means.
• All admirals should belong to same level as they're all basically equal"Akainu and Sengoku are included" in power.
• Yonko are explicitly stated to very close in strength so they shouldn't be in two different levels.
• Roger,Garp and Whitebeard aren't a level above current Yonko for sure.
• Mihawk and Dragon should be placed along side either Yonko/admirals Or both "if you think Yonko and admirals are of same level".

If you follow these^^^ rules then your list would be closer to being perfect.
