You also placed Armless Orochimaru in the same tier as Jiraiya, but Drugged Jiraiya was = Armless Orochimaru.

I also see that you placed Kisame with Jiraiya, but Kisame said that Jiraiya was in a different league than himself.

Lastly, why did you put Bee higher than Jiraiya? If Naruto in Sage Mode can handle the most powerful of the Bijuu, then why couldn't Jiraiya in Sage Mode handle Gyuuki? Base Jiraiya was even able to beat KN4.

Also, why did you place Sage Jiraiya and Base Jiraiya in the same tier?

Edit: Kabuto also dominated Edo Itachi, who is >>> Living Itachi.

Naruto had help from Bee and Kushina.

Base Jiraiya was even able to beat KN4.

lower Kabuto, and Raise Kakashi also don't do subcategories of characters like KM Naruto, SM Naruto just put the character in the category encompassing all their techniques, makes for easy and much more enjoyable reading.

Kabuto is not on the rikudou's level

1) He needs anko to use his edo's properly in battle, that counts as prep time which no shinobi gets.

2) Multiple people (Sai's brother, Hanzo, Sasori, Zabuza/Haku) Have either resisted edo tensei's control, or have completely contradicted their orders. This adds for huge variability in battle, variability that neither of us can measure properly.

3) Kabuto cant completely control all of his edos at once, it a) takes a lot of concentration, and b) makes the edos weaker than if they were doing their own thing, not to mention he hasnt been shown to do it either.

Now with that being said, you completely miss the multiple flaws with edo tensei, and to put kabuto on the sage's level because of it makes it impossible for me to take you seriously....

Kabuto is top 6 at most U_U

Bee protect Naruto which let him use Sage Mode, and Kushina helped hold Kurama down after Naruto laid the smackdown so that he could tank out Kurama's chakra, not fight him. Gyuuki is also much weaker than Kurama.

Jiraiya gained the ability to throw boss-sized summons, blitz football fields, his jutsus got much more powerful, he gained unlimited chakra, he got sensing, and it's arguable that he got frog katas since he was not only the Ni Dai Sennin's beloved pupil but also since Fukasaku said that once you can sense natural energy you can control where it enters and exits your body; Frog Katas are used by expelling natural energy from the body. "Not that much of a power-boost" my ass.

So SM Naruto didn't beat Kurama and had help that's what you're saying? If so you're contradicting your initial argument, besides they were fighting in his mind where he could endlessly spam SM just by walking.

None of that makes him much much stronger than his base. He would still lose to Naruto, Obito, Madara, Nagato, Itachi, Bee & etc.

Now that i think about it, it is kinda weird how you've put all the current Jinchūriki at atleast Low Kage Tier, while you've only put Kushina at the Jounin Tier.
