I wonder if anyone would defend me if I said Whites > Blacks, and supported it with an argument like your professor did (jokingly, apparently, but still).

but something that really bugs me is the fact that he received trouble for saying Blacks > everything else(through he never said something like that) instead of all the jokes and words he used afterwards.

Except he did. Even if the claim is a benefit to one, saying something like one race is faster than all others is racism. If you don't like it take it up with a dictionary. If your white teacher had said white people would survive because they were smarter at rationing supplies than blacks and Asians bet he would be in trouble.
