Today he made a joke about "natural selection",
that if one day human kind is threatened by another superior kind,
it is going to be the blacks-surviving longer than whites or Asians.

In addition he said that blacks are naturally faster- -> Evolution.
"because the nigguhs were running for their lifes back then" "and even now they
need a defense because of some white-nigguh police officers shooting them down for holding a pen."

In my honest opinion this was a lame joke and a bit too harsh.
however I appreciate his humor since he can make jokes about his own kind.
-> It was a joke, because he was doing this for 2 years now.

But for the first time-
Some students were talking to the principal,
in this case only-
white people were complaining about the joke.

On Top of that, he told us that he only received trouble-
for saying that Blacks are the superior kind.

While he never said something like that,
the principal threatened him and told him that he might lose his position.

Your teacher being fired is fully justified. If you are quoting what he said directly, then the school is fully within their rights to fire him because:
1. If he said it in school(I'm assuming he did since you know and other students heard it firsthand), then he was extremely unprofessional.

2. It was definitely a racist joke. Sure, it was just a joke, but a racist joke. Just being a joke doesn't make it okay. If a white person had said this, but switched out blacks and whites when it comes to who's surviving, or said something like "We'll have the blacks carry us. They're always running after all" there would be outrage and people demanding he be fired.

You making a petition for your teacher to not be fired is hypocritical and foolish. If he didn't want to be fired, he shouldn't have made an inappropriate joke at work with extremely inappropriate language and it shouldn't have been a racist joke at that. He's at his own fault here, and deserves the consequences that come to him.

Tact. If we really want to get into it, there is confirmed information that supports his claims about blacks theoretically being superior. The first human remains, dated before the existence of the Neanderthal, was found somewhere in Africa. I get what he was trying to do, but there's a time, place, and way to make those points and incorporate crude humor.

The joke displays a somewhat disturbing undercurrent of a mind set. Much truth is said in jest. It was not the place for this kind of joke nor opinion. It was unprofessional. After all, if everything in that joke was reversed and the professor white he would be out on his ear. Racism cannot be excepted in any form, though likely the professor meant no harm. He doesn't deserve to lose his job however.

Not to be the insensitive one, but what was your teacher thinking? This has racist undertones and the students were right in complaining about him. Now, I believe outright firing him for an innocuous racist joke would be somewhat harsh. However, he should understand the seriousness of the situation.

I would advise you to ask him to send a letter of apology to the principle, if he hasn't already. That would at least send a positive image from his side that he understands his error in judgement and is ready to face the consequences. That aside, the guy seems harmless, but acts like a unprofessional moron.

God, help him. That's all I can say as it would be extremely unfortunate if he loses his job here for being a complete idiot. There is a reason why we have this syaing that, "think before you speak." Looks like his tongue is the hasty one.

I think this is the proper way to do things. Take this cautiously. Carry out a peaceful student protest or ask the Principle to have a meeting with a responsible student counsil.
