My biggest "Plot-hole" in Naruto

It's obvious Kishimoto decided to make a big deal out of Naruto's ambiguous sir name, hence the hindquarters fumbling. It doesn't even make any sense how Naruto, who isn't even an Uzumaki, has nothing to do with Senju by extension is the reincarnation of one of the Sage's sons? If this isn't nonsense then I don't know what is.

What are you talking about? The Uzumaki are related to the Senju, and it is Naruto Uzumaki?

He's a half breed that lacks all Uzumaki Traits. They may be related to Senju, but they are still distant relatives and thus, by manga logic, cannot be open to rebirths.

Ah. I agree Kishi made error's in making him a clone of Minato, but he does have Kushina's face. But no fuuinjutsu 'cause plot which is stupid. We don't know how "distant" they are related. But, yeah.
