So this is my list of best bukijustu users, I'm gonna exclude the 7 sevenswordsmen clan because they beat pretty much any body else when it comes to that stuff. Suigestu is also excluded as well.
1. Sasuke
His kenjutsu skills were just ridiculous as hebi version, he's been able to take out an army with just his sword and he took out a curse seal version 2 with just one slash.
He's caught Rikudou Madara with his kenjutsu and as well as Blind Madara which is incredible because nobody else was able to touch him in cqc.
2. Itachi and his famous shurikenjustu just surpasses any other. He's also well adept in wielding using Sasuke's sword as well against DSM Kabuto
He gets opponents from even the blind spot and he beat sasuke in a shuriken exchange when sasuke had a summoning tattoo to launch thousands. Wtf
3. Killerbee. What else is there to say? He's been able to push a mangekyo sharingan user with his kenjutsu with his unique acrobat. I don't think any high level shinobi can do something like that with just reflexes only and no special technique to add on top of that.
He's the only shinobi that got to this level without a special kekkai genkai to aid him in his skills, and I would personally have him as number one if I were to exclude that.
4. Hashirama. I know he hasn't shown much as most of his battle is off panel but he's shown to use all sorts of swords in a fight.
Being able to relay his kenjutsu along with his wood clone was able to best the likes of Madara in a sword fight. Which is pretty decent for me, the kid was able to fight on even terms with Madara in kenjutsu as a kid, but mixing up a bit earns my respect for deadly combination.
5. Tobi. He is also good with a few weapons as well especially when combining the use of kamui with it but I'm more impress when he's intangible and using it or not using kamui at all. Still good regardless.
He's mostly a large shuriken type of bukijustu but he's very skilled in using it to immobilize his opponents by stabbing them in the leg so he can land a barrage of combos on his opponents. Gunbai fan is also used sub par with Madara as well.
Honorable mentions:
1. Madara and his Gunbai fan use was fantastic and I could say was better than any one else in terms of kenjutsu. However Madara isn't too skilled to be on Killerbees level and also he doesn't combine the use of his kenjutsu with his basic ninjustus like the top 5. It's just the fan alone or he'll use susanoo chakra wall-like structure to block bigger objects.
2. Asuma and his chakra bladed brass knuckles. Honestly it was pretty much up there and it is genius that he is able to use his chakra to extend his reach and cutting power on his weapon. Genius. But I'm yet to see him use variety of weapons along with combining it with a ninjustu as well.
3. Hiruzen Shuriken justu. He has the best use of combining his shurikens with his ninjutsu, which is perfect and can use all sizes of the Shuriken like Itachi and Tobi. Only problem is that it's only shuriken that he is using, I'm not counting Enma because he moves by himself most of the times, and his shuriken jutsu can be blocked by the ledge of a coffin. He can't hit those blind spots or immobilize his opponents.

Important must read the following: The most common thing I will definitely read well be as the following...
1. Hashirama and Madara should be higher or number one. That is very try and one dimensional thinking you have there. Both these individuals where blessed with such powerful that using kenjutsu is not necessary. Edo madara using a sword on a few alliance members isn't so crazy when hebi sasuke took out more ninjas during training without three tomoe sharingan activated. So that means Sasuke didn't need to stop midway through to cast a genjustu. You may argue that hashirama and Madara fought as kids using kenjutsu and all that rubbish with adults. Well guess what? The competition was much more higher now than then. At that time part 1 Sasuke with his curse seal would slaughter thousands of adult shinobis. It's like comparing the naruto's chuunin exams to boruto's chuunin exam skill level. It's just not there. Madara and Hashirama didn't become these legendary figures by their bukijutsu, they were good but they weren't outstanding Top 3 kind of guys.
2. FTG users. Why aren't they on the list? Because swinging your arms once is not a way to show high level kenjustu. It's a slash moving at instant speed, where it's not like Sasuke who uses bodily movements to slash once decapitating the person without damaging their vital points. Tobirama who was aiming to kill Izuna was only able to damage him severely where he died later on. He didn't drop dead immediately right there and go for madara's head afterwards, no he still made it out of the battlefield in tact. Minato throwing kunai knives around the battlefield isn't a special kenjutsu thing either, that's just basic strategic planning which should be underneath Kakashi's category.
3. This is my list and this thread is open to subjection. You are entitled to you're own opinion just explain why you think a certain character is better while providing facts. If you're just gonna say that I feel this character is better because i say so, then you're just a simple minded kid that shouldn't get any attention. No bashing and character vs outside this topic would be reported too. Already had like ten people not get that message the last few threads and it was just pitiful.
