[Question] my avatar wont change

everytime I click Edit Avatar > browse CP> Select it

It never saves the Avatar! it keeps saying "needs to be 150x150 or less than 500kb''

I'm following both requirements, on every picture I try!


Are the fashion police here, trashing my right to change publicly?

Clear the cache and cookies, retry.

Isn't the normal recquirement 150x200?

OT: It could be that your picture isn't supported. Take a picture for test, and if it works, the problem lies in your picture. If it's gif, check the kb size.

I also assume it is a gif. Before you use it as an avy, resize itnalready to 150x200 and make sure it isnt bigger than 500 kb
