I've actually watched every episode. I hate how the main charcter doesn't start out weak and lost, instead he had to be a beta tester, and basically know the game like a book.

I was drawn mainly to the animation and action, but if its going focus on "lovey-dovey" shyt...hmm i may have to reconsider watching it anymore.

He did start out weak and he did loose. Remember what happened to his first guild. I don't think it will just be lovey dovy all the way through, I think there is tragedy coming on the horizon. I mean usually that is how the this anime works: Success, Love, Tragedy, Kirito Solos.

Is that even a question? O_O clearly the gleam eyes boss battle was the best, simply that moment of epicness when he first revealed his two-sword style

I have to agree with you. Also I'm going to give up Naruto because Sakura loves Sasuke, and I'll also give up One Piece because Sanji loves every girl he sets eyes on. While I'm at it let's give up DBZ because Goku is married.

It's people like you who ruin the whole shounen franchise. It's not allowed to have romance in it, therefore if it does have it on there it's basically going to be a shithouse. Sword Art Online is one of those rare pieces of shounen which have actually been able to work romance, and work it really well. It's truly a masterpiece in it's own mind since Romance and Shounen together are extremely hard to pull off. Either love it or hate it, but it's a gem in it's own right, and you're just going to miss out on something because there's a bit of a love interest between the male and female protagonists.

What's going to happen when you start developing feelings for a real woman, give up life because it's getting all "lovey-dovey"?

The Gleam eyes boss was epic don't get me wrong, but I also enjoyed this recent boss fight against the reaper, simply because I wasn't expecting that kid to be that strong (I suspected she was AI the whole time) and due to the potential that introducing the element of interaction with the GM's introduce.

To be honest, can that even be considered a battle? xD First the reaper easily sends Kirito and Asuna flying and then gets owned by a huge fire sword, it didn't give me that epic feel like the gleam eyes battle did o-o

Well yeah it's a battle it was just more of a battle between Yui and the Reaper. I guess I just liked it because of the fact that I saw potential from the fight. I mean now that Kirito has Yui's Data, it seems highly likely that him &/or Asuna will somehow get their hands on Yui's sword which will make them even more boss than before.

Also to me the best fight in the series so far wasn't even a boss fight, it was Kirito vs the leader of Asuna's guild, what was his name again?

Totally agree with you probably my favorite boss design so far.
