My assessment on NV speed feats.

I'm done my assessment on four types of speed feats of NV before..

and come up with this result of mine.

The speed feats is divided into four types that is CQC speed, Travel speed, Reflex/Dodge speed and Dash speed

Note:

• Teleporting or S/T jutsu is not include here
• All speed evaluation is on average speed feats only and no higher speed feats and lower speed feats.

From above note, below is the result:-

• 
  CQC speed=Above superhuman or at 60km/h range

  Travel speed=Above superhuman or at 150km/h-180km/h range (the travel speed is adding with momentum building while running)

-All above is my own evaluation that's mean my own opinion, by that I believe many of members here have their own opininons.

-I don't said this evaluation/assessment is precise or true.

-As I said before my assessment is on average speed of shinobis, that is mean top tier characters speed is excluded and yeah their speed is varied between each others and hard to determined as NV overall speed level.

-For me overall speed level of one verse is determine by average speed of all characters (from fodders[majority of population] to top tiers[minority of population]). And because of fodders is majority, their speed is the factor here. We cant said that NV is hypersonic or light speed if Madara, Minato, Naruto etc is gone forever(I mean death). Unless there are exist new generations that can maintain their ancestors speed feats.

But as I said before few top tiers cant be the determination of overall verse speed feats because the majority of fodders holds the candle.

What do you think of their average speed? 300km/h to 400km/h range?

This is normal Shinobi not primary characters.

Whilst there is a considerable difference in the speed of top tiers to normal shinobi, the latter are still much faster than that. Sasuke before his vast speed increase in the Chuunin Exams was dodging attacks that were touted as being at the speed of sound meaning he would have to been transonic at that point.

Even after the speed increase, Hayate stated he was Chuunin level putting him beneath Part 1 Kakashi (obviously), Asuma and Gai who both can cover distances in the blink of an eye. Asuma is a good representation of the average Jounin, who was able to cover people before they even realized he'd moved.

Those pictures just represent how those types of speed looks like, those scan is not in my evaluation.

and here i'm just evaluate Normal shinobis speed feats, they never had many panel time compared to our main or primary characters.

And its hard to determine it, I just using my logic. Sure its easy for me to evaluate Primary characters speed feats because its everywhere.

What is your opinion regarding on normal shinobis feats, its seem like you got nice idea.

There are Naruto characters that can dodge lightning. They are massively hypersonic.
