Also be aware that the scanner i am using doesn't seem to like to pick up on skin colour very much, so they all look pale... but enjoy, constructive feedback is absolutely acceptable

Good effort. If you want to post the pictures here directly, you need to use an image hosting site. I normally use tinypic.com to upload my pictures. Then you copy the URL and put an image tag around it.

They don't look that pale, but a proper crayon can make look colors more lively and vibrant.
