2ought wouldn't of fitted better, because the way he probably says it is "I fought about my girlfriend yesterday"... If you get what I mean

For example, the number 3 is spelt like "three" but people often say it as "free". You would understand more if you lived in Britain.
Other examples:
Thing = Fing
Think = Fink
Thorn = Forn
Anything with a "th" often gets said as a "f"

except the R makes it a failure. either way... you're not really making an efficient "shortcut" replacing "th" with 4. it's only 1 more key to press.... U_U

Naturally. I started writing full sentences because I started to fail my English studies for writing slang. Began to just come natural. So I agree and I find it annoying to read slang.
